المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, juggle priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and personalities
  • 1-2 year(s) of experience in customer service role (1 year minimum, please note all applications without at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role will not be considered)
  • Adapt to a fast paced, rapidly expanding environment
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Communications skills – verbal and written
  • Problem analysis and problem solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Basic DIY knowledge of flat packed furniture
  • E-commerce experience with Amazon, eBay or other platforms is preferred
  • Degree desired
