Led product design for SwiftFit, a multi-platform fitness system (member mobile app, dashboard, admin panel, and smartwatch app) supporting multiple user roles.

Started from a system architecture document with no defined UX. Defined MVP scope, user flows, feature structure, and interaction logic, translating backend logic and ambiguity into clear, usable product experiences.

Led end-to-end design across 4 platforms, delivering 200+ screens and structuring complex, data-heavy experiences across web and mobile, including role-based dashboards and core user journeys.

Established a flow-first approach: mapping flows and interaction logic before UI, then iterating through stakeholder walkthroughs and developer feedback.

Guided another designer through task breakdown, design reviews, and pattern consistency, ensuring alignment across the product.

Built and scaled a shared Figma design system to maintain consistency and speed across platforms.

Collaborated closely with founders and developers in a fast-paced environment, iterating based on continuous feedback and weekly reviews.

Used AI tools (NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Lovable) to support exploration and speed up early-stage thinking, while keeping UX decisions grounded in product logic.

Status: Fully designed across all platforms; not yet live.

Designed UI kits and reusable component systems for a design asset platform, creating ready-to-use resources that help other designers prototype and build interfaces faster.

Worked across multiple product domains (health, e-commerce, real estate, and more), structuring each kit around real user flows and practical use cases rather than isolated screens.

Built scalable component libraries and design patterns, focusing on reusability, consistency, and flexibility, ensuring assets could adapt across different product contexts.

Approached design as a system: defined structure, hierarchy, and interaction patterns to make kits intuitive for other designers to use, not just visually polished.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align UI assets with a searchable asset library, contributing to how designers discover and use components.

Delivered 10+ complete UI kits, each including flows, core screens, and organized style guides.
